I could never go to Paris and not go here. It was spectacular both times I went.
Agnes Dabbour, 80, of Corona, prays inside St. Andrew Orthodox Christian Church in Riverside on Friday. The temple, which features Byzantine Christian architecture, iconography and ecclesiastical furnishings, will be open to the public for touring Oct. 15 and 16.This woman’s family has been Orthodox in Jerusalem since forever. I’m not sure what brought them to the United States, but I know this parish has been enriched by having Agnes, her husband Khalil, and her daughters and grandchildren in the community.
